To ensure all students have fair access to available session slots, I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Cancelling or Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours notice: You can cancel or reschedule any session free of charge. Any prepaid fees will be fully credited to your next lesson or refunded.

• Less than 24 hours notice (Late Cancellation): Sessions cancelled, rescheduled, or requested to be moved within 24 hours of the start time will be charged at the full lesson rate (100%).

 

Lateness and No-Shows

• If you are running late, please send a brief message.

• I will wait online for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be treated as a no-show, the lesson will end, and the full fee will apply.

• Lost time due to student lateness cannot be extended past the original scheduled finish time, due to potential timetabling issues.

 

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that sudden illnesses and emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy for genuine, unavoidable emergencies are made at my sole discretion.

 

If I Need to Cancel

​

In the rare event that I must cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged. Your lesson will be rescheduled as a priority, or you will receive a full refund.
